This site learns almost nothing about you: it has no forms, no cookies and no analytics, and tickets are not on sale yet. Here is everything worth knowing.

What we collect
Two things, and the second is not ours.
Why, and on what basis
We use your letter to answer it: about tickets, a dinner, a circle, partnership or press accreditation. The basis is your own request.
We do not pass letters to speakers, partners or the press without your separate consent. We do not sell data or add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
Who else touches it
Only what the site and the mail need to work: the hosting provider and the email service (Google Workspace). Each processes data only on our instructions.
Both operate outside Russia. If it matters to you that your data stays in the country, send a short first note with no attachments and we will agree another channel.
How long we keep it
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, delete it or withdraw consent. One letter to fof@i8gl.com is enough. A person answers.
If you are unhappy with how we handled it, you can complain to the regulator. We would rather hear it first.
Security, and the honest limit of it
The site runs over HTTPS and stores nothing you type, because there is nothing here to type into.
Ordinary email is not encrypted end to end. Do not put in a first letter what you would not trust to email.
Children
The evenings are for an adult professional audience. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under sixteen.
Changes
When ticket sales open, or a form, a newsletter or analytics arrive, this page changes the same day, and so does the date at the top.
